1. What this is

dhandha.lol is an attention marketplace, not an investment product, a yield product, or a financial instrument of any kind. Paying to rank your startup on this platform does not constitute an investment and is not expected to generate any financial return. We make no representation that spending money on this platform will result in sales, revenue, or any other business outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this platform. By placing a bid, you confirm that your listing complies with all applicable Indian laws.

3. Prohibited content

• Adult or sexual content of any kind.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.
• Cryptocurrency, token, or coin-pump schemes.
• Any scheme that could be construed as promising financial returns or yields to investors or the public.
• WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord invite links.
• Hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates the IT Act or any other applicable Indian law.

4. Payments and refunds

All bids are non-refundable once a rank is claimed and a payment has been successfully processed. Payments are processed by Razorpay. dhandha.lol is not responsible for payment failures or processing errors by Razorpay.

5. Analytics data

The analytics data shown in your listing dashboard (views, clicks, CTR) is collected from activity on the dhandha.lol platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics data and it should not be relied upon as the sole source of marketing decisions. We collect only first-party data. Visitor IPs are hashed and never stored in identifiable form.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms. No refund will be issued for removed listings that violate these terms.

7. KYC

Listers whose total cumulative spend exceeds ₹25,000 may be asked to provide basic KYC information to comply with anti-money laundering guidelines. Failure to provide KYC information may result in your listing being paused.

8. Disclaimer

dhandha.lol is an attention marketplace and is not regulated by SEBI or the RBI in any capacity. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation to invest. Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
